Goals are about WHAT we do (or don't do) to get us away from where we are. A vision pull us upward to WHO we want to be.
Do you React or Respond?
Reacting from negative emotion brings us more of what we don't want. Responding from self-awareness brings us more of what we want.
How Present is your Past?
Anything that needs healing will come up in your next negative emotion. Mindfulness brings awareness or what you need NOW vs an outdated belief.
No one is Broken
Emotional and mental pain are not a disorder. We're not meant to be comfortable in an insane society. Mindful attention to our thoughts, emotions and actions leads to self-empowerment.
Emotions are your Guide
Our emotions have an energetic frequency that give us valuable information that something is not right, usually not in the outside world, but in an unhelpful perception we formed in the past.
You are not your Thoughts
Our thoughts seem to be ours because they appear in our own minds and feel familiar. Depending on our frequency, some thoughts will be more easily accessible and believed.
